Children, Youth and Family Services

APM serves a culturally diverse clientele, seeking to make every home a safer and more nurturing place for our infants and children to grow up in. 

In collaboration with the Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, APM provides a full range of culturally sensitive services to families, youth and children including social work counseling, supervised foster care, after-care and adoptions, and parenting skills training in different locations throughout North Philadelphia.
