Family Services
Children, Youth and Family Services:
 APM serves a culturally diverse clientele, seeking to make every home a safer and healthier place for our infants and children. Through in-home services, APM provides social work counseling for children and families, family preservation services, supervised foster care, after-care and adoptions via the Foster Program, SCOH Program and Safe Base programs. All clients are referred by the Department of Human Services.

Hours of Service Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM as well as 24 hrs services are provided.
