 La Casa Project
:
Through a variety of APM support services, men and women
living with HIV can also get help obtaining the health and social resources
necessary to live more independent lives.
APM provides escorts to medical
appointments, translation services, case management, temporary shelter and
housing counseling. APM’s La Casa program even provides housekeeping support
once clients obtain permanent housing.
A total of 130 individuals and
their families have been served of which 52 clients are active
