	Rose Gray Vice President Community & Economic Development Since 1990, Rose V. Gray has served as Director for Development for Asociacion Puertorriquenos en Marcha, Inc. (APM), a not-for-profit community development corporation in Philadelphia. 	Marcus Delgado Vice President Human Services Born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, Marcus Delgado has devoted 30 years to ensuring that Latinos in Philadelphia and throughout the Delaware Valley have had access to vital health and social services.
