Born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, Marcus Delgado has devoted 30 years to ensuring that Latinos in Philadelphia and throughout the Delaware Valley have had access to vital health and social services.  A graduate of the Manna Bible Institute and the recipient of a Bachelor’s Degree from American University, Delgado currently serves as Vice President of Human Services for APM, Inc., an agency that for more than 35 years has been a key leader in addressing the needs of hard-to-serve populations. more...
