Ryan White Title I:
 This program assists HIV clients to access health and
social resources in order to obtain the highest level of function. Assistance
is offered according to client’s acuity terms of need and plan of individualized
goals and actions.
Provides escort to medical and social services appointments,
transportation assistance, translation services, and close medical treatment
monitoring.
Services are provided until client has improved his/her quality of
life and demonstrated to be able to function independently

Hours of Service: Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
